Tenant-Only Advisory
We exclusively represent tenants and renters. We do not accept landlord commission listings to ensure zero bias.
Property Verification
While we physically inspect listings to verify photos, tenants must review final lease contracts prior to deposits transfer.
1. Scope of Services
Master Key provides real estate advisory services for home search, showing schedules coordination, rental agreement support, and negotiation assistance.
- Verified Listings: We inspect properties to ensure that the listings facts (BHK, Rent, Deposit, Area, Amenities) are accurate.
- No Financial Gaurantee: We do not act as an escrow agent. Any security deposit or rent transactions must be done directly between you and the landlord.
2. Renter Commitments
By using our platform, you agree to:
- Provide accurate identification information and required tenant verification records when scheduled.
- Attend scheduled viewing visits on time or cancel at least 2 hours in advance.
- Refrain from bypassing Master Key advisors to deal directly with verified landlords to avoid advisory fee circumvention.
3. Liability Limitations
Master Key is not a party to the lease agreements signed between tenants and landlords. We are not liable for:
- Disputes arising post-move-in, including maintenance claims, deposits deductions, or early lease terminations.
- Landlord non-compliance with the agreed security deposits refunds at notice period ends.
